02/How it works

Every call,the same fair path.

Briefs, juries and awards change from one competition to the next. The path an entry takes does not.

  1. 01

    Register

Pick a call, choose your category and enter solo or as a team before registration closes.

  2. 02

    Learn

Every brief comes with what it takes to answer it: the premise, the tools and live sessions with the organizers.

  3. 03

    Submit

Deliver your boards, process and statement by the deadline, in the format the brief asks for.

  4. 04

    Jury

Eligible entries are reviewed and scored by practising architects, researchers and the competition's partners.

  5. 05

    Publish

Winners and mentions are announced, and the recognized work is published across the PAACADEMY network.

03/Host a competition

Host the nextopen call.

Bring the question; we build the competition around it with you: the brief, registration, workshops, the jury and the publication of the results.
