Account & Notifications

Account, login issues, and notification preferences, settings

  • After enrollment, your Zoom link is automatically sent to your registered email address.
  • Look for an email from Zoom with your workshop confirmation.
  • You can also access the link from your PAACADEMY Dashboard.
  • On the left, go to My Courses and select your workshop.
  • Click Connect to Zoom to join the session directly.
  • If you have issues, contact [email protected] for support.

Membership & Billing

Help with payments, subscription options, and financial aid

  1. Log in to your PAACADEMY account.
  2. Select your profile icon and choose Dashboard.
  3. On the left side of the screen, navigate to Billing and select Orders.
  4. You will see a list of all your orders.
  5. Locate the order for which you would like to obtain an invoice.
  6. Select Download Invoice on the right side of the order to download your invoice.

Workshop & Conferences

Help with degrees, Professional Certificates, and other programs

  • Log in to your PAACADEMY account
  • Click your profile icon and go to Dashboard
  • On the left, open My Courses
  • Select the course you completed
  • Mark all recordings as watched and submit your review
  • Download your certificate from the unlocked button on the course page
