At PAACADEMY, we strive to provide high-quality educational experiences through live workshops, on-demand and pre-recorded courses, memberships, and digital resources. By purchasing any product or service on PAACADEMY, you agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.
Due to the digital nature of our products and services, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.
PAACADEMY reserves the right to issue refunds either to the original payment method or as PA Coins (store credit) that can be used toward future purchases on the platform.
All purchases of on-demand courses, recorded workshops, downloadable resources, and digital educational content are final and non-refundable.
This includes any course where video lessons, recordings, downloadable files, templates, or learning materials are immediately accessible upon purchase.
Once access is granted, no refund, exchange, or credit can be provided.
If a refund request is submitted more than fourteen (14) days before the scheduled live event, PAACADEMY may approve a refund to the original payment method. Payment processing fees and administrative costs may be deducted from the refunded amount.
If access to workshop recordings, course materials, downloadable resources, or any on-demand content is granted before the live event, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
Refunds to the original payment method are not available within fourteen (14) days of the scheduled live event.
Participants may instead be eligible to receive PA Coins (store credit) according to the following schedule:

PA Coins are credited to the user’s PAACADEMY account and may be used toward future course purchases.
Once a workshop, course, lecture, or live event has started, no refund, cancellation, transfer, or PA Coins credit can be issued.
All Pro Membership and Full Access Membership purchases are final and non-refundable.
Due to the immediate access provided to digital content, member-only resources, discounts, live events, recordings, and other membership benefits, PAACADEMY does not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges for membership purchases.
All membership renewal payments are final and non-refundable.
Members are responsible for managing their subscriptions and canceling them before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue their membership.
Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date does not qualify for a refund.
Members may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings.
If a subscription is canceled before the next billing cycle:
Canceling a subscription does not result in a refund for any current or previous membership charges.
Once a renewal payment has been successfully processed, no refund can be issued.
PA Coins are promotional or refund credits issued by PAACADEMY.
PA Coins:
PAACADEMY reserves the right to issue approved refunds in the form of PA Coins when appropriate.
If PAACADEMY cancels a workshop, course, or event, participants may receive one of the following at PAACADEMY’s discretion:
If an event is rescheduled, enrolled participants will retain access to the new dates. If the new dates create a scheduling conflict, PAACADEMY may offer PA Coins or alternative solutions on a case-by-case basis.
Before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or payment provider, customers agree to contact PAACADEMY Support and provide an opportunity to resolve the issue.
Users who initiate fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may have their accounts suspended, membership access revoked, and future purchases restricted.
By purchasing any course, workshop, event ticket, membership, subscription, or digital product from PAACADEMY, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
