PAACADEMY, powered by ParametricArchitecture, is committed to delivering high-quality, online weekend workshops and other educational resources, empowering future architects and designers. This policy ensures transparency for participants seeking refunds for courses, seminars, and memberships.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all students, subscribers, and participants in PAACADEMY’s courses, workshops, seminars, and digital memberships. It governs refunds related to course purchases, workshop schedules, and membership terms.
3. Refund Eligibility
PAACADEMY offers refunds under the following conditions:

All workshop registrations and course purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable.
3.2 Digital Memberships
Digital memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
Cancellation Policy: Members may cancel their membership at any time. Upon cancellation, the membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle (month). Access to membership benefits will end at the conclusion of the billing cycle, and no pro-rated refunds will be provided for remaining time.
4. Refund Request Process
Request Submission: Refund requests should be submitted via email to [email protected], with the reason for cancellation clearly stated.
Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
PARAMETRIC ARCHITECTURE cannot be held responsible for defaults in the bank and other payment channels.
