1. Purpose
This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which PAACADEMY, powered by ParametricArchitecture, manages refunds, withdrawals, and account balances for its educational services. PAACADEMY is committed to delivering high-quality online workshops, courses, and digital educational resources while ensuring transparency and clarity regarding refund eligibility and procedures.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all students, subscribers, and participants (“BUYER”) engaging with PAACADEMY’s courses, workshops, seminars, and digital memberships. It governs refunds, withdrawals, and the use of PAACADEMY Account Balance related to course purchases, workshop schedules, and memberships.
The BUYER acknowledges and accepts that refunds, where applicable, are issued as account balance credits and not as monetary refunds.
3. Refund Eligibility
3.1 General Refund Rule
All approved refunds are issued exclusively as PAACADEMY Account Balance (“Balance”).
Refunds are not provided as cash, bank transfers, or credit/debit card refunds.
Refund amounts are credited to the BUYER’s account dashboard at
www.paacademy.com.
Account Balance has no cash value and is non-transferable.
3.2 Course and Workshop Purchases
Refund Before Start Date
The BUYER may request a refund until 11:59 PM (GMT+3), one (1) day before the scheduled start date of a course or workshop.
Approved refunds will be credited to the BUYER’s Account Balance.
No Refund After Start
Once a course or workshop has commenced, no refund or balance credit will be issued.
Rescheduled Workshops
If a workshop is rescheduled by PAACADEMY, the BUYER may request a refund until one (1) day before the new start date.
After this deadline, no refund or balance credit will be granted.
3.3 Digital Memberships
Digital memberships are non-refundable once purchased.
Memberships may be canceled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
No balance credit or refund is issued for unused membership time.
Account Balance cannot be used to purchase digital memberships.
4. Use of PAACADEMY Account Balance
Permitted Uses
Account Balance may be used only to purchase:
• Individual courses
• Course bundles
Restrictions
Account Balance cannot be used for:
• Digital memberships
• Cash withdrawal
• Transfer to another user
The Account Balance is non-transferable and
non-redeemable for cash under any circumstances.
5. Refund Request Process
Request Submission: Refund requests must be submitted via email to

Processing: Approved balance credits will be reflected in the BUYER’s PAACADEMY account immediately.
PAACADEMY is not responsible for issues arising from banks or third-party payment providers, as refunds are not processed through external payment channels.
6. Changes to the Refund Policy
PAACADEMY reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at its discretion. Any updates will be communicated through the PAACADEMY website or directly to participants where applicable.
7. Acceptance of Balance-Based Refund System
By completing payment, the BUYER acknowledges and agrees to PAACADEMY’s balance-based refund system, including all limitations on the use of Account Balance as defined in this policy and related agreements.
