Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:
Account data: name, username, e-mail address, password (hashed), and profile details you choose to add (avatar, biography, links, education/work).
Order & billing data: purchases, memberships, billing name and address, tax ID, and payment metadata (we do not store full card numbers , payments are processed by our payment provider).
Usage data: courses enrolled, progress, favorites, comments, and projects you submit.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, Internet Service Provider, referring/exit pages, and cookie identifiers, collected automatically (see below).

Data Retention

We keep your personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above:
Account & profile data: kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, we anonymize this data after the grace period described below.
Financial records (orders, invoices): retained for the period required by applicable tax, accounting, and commercial law, even after account deletion, in pseudonymized form where personal identifiers are no longer needed for that purpose.
Where data is retained solely for a legal obligation, it is no longer used for any other purpose.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
Access the personal data we hold about you and obtain a copy (data export).
Rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
Erase your data ("right to be forgotten"), subject to legal retention obligations.
Restrict or object to certain processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
Data portability , receive your data in a machine-readable format.
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Exporting & Deleting Your Account

You are in control of your data directly from your account:
Export: Go to Dashboard → Account details → Privacy & Data → "Request data export". We e-mail you a secure, time-limited download link with a copy of your data.
Deletion: Go to Dashboard → Account details → Privacy & Data → "Delete account". You will be signed out immediately and your account enters a 30-day grace period during which you can cancel the deletion by signing back in. After the grace period, the deletion is reviewed and your personal data is anonymized. Active subscriptions stop renewing and remain accessible until the end of the paid period. Records we must keep by law (e.g. invoices) are retained in pseudonymized form.

International Data Transfers

Some of our service providers may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, or your explicit consent where required) to protect your data.

Data Security

We use technical and organizational measures , including encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and re-authentication for sensitive actions , to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and continuously improve our safeguards.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, please contact [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the site or by e-mail where appropriate. The date below indicates when this policy was last updated. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
