When you purchase a course on PAACADEMY, It is automatically added to your account, and you can access it from the Profile/My Courses section.

Yes! We recently launched our new membership, "Full Access," which allows you to attend all our events throughout the year, including all previous workshops, for an annual fee.

None of PAACADEMY's ‘One-Time Payment' courses have an expiration date. You can take them at your own pace and whenever you want!

If you have a membership, you can access your courses while your membership is active.

You can view the lessons as many times as you like, even if you have marked them as completed. You also don't have to worry about deadlines, because there's no set time to complete units or projects.

The one time payment option grants you access to the workshop’s live event and the recordings afterwards for unlimited time.

If you’d like to watch one of our free event’s recordings you can simply visit the event’s course section or check out our Youtube channel where we stream all our free events!

You can cancel your membership anytime by accessing the Membership tab in your Profile/Dashboard section.

You can use your discount code during the checkout process after adding the course to your basket.

Once you purchase a course from PAACADEMY, your invoice will be emailed to you immediately.

Yes! All our previous workshop recordings are available on our website.

Shortly after the live event ends, the workshop recordings will be added to the course section on your PAACADEMY account.

PAACADEMY is available in English. We are also working on unlocking multiple languages for our students, so stay tuned!

At the moment, it's not possible and illegal to download the lessons, but you can access them from your profile and watch them whenever and wherever you want!

When you become a student in one of our PAACADEMY courses, you can upload your projects from the ‘Projects’ section into the course. It will unlock automatically when you complete the course. After you create submissions, we will review them, and approved projects will be published publicly on the PAACADEMY Projects forum.

You can obtain a certificate of attendance when you finish a course and have marked all of its units as completed.

Please remember that the certificates have no expiration date: once you have obtained them, they are yours forever!

To obtain the certificate of your course you must go to the course in your profile and verify that all of the course's units are marked as completed. Once all units are marked as completed, you will be able to download your course’s Certificate. You can access all of your certificates from your Dashboard/Certificates section.

Though all workshops are nonrefundable, your learning journey matters to us. If you cannot attend the workshop you initially registered for, we offer the flexibility to transfer your registration to another workshop. Simply notify us at least 24 hours before the workshop start time, and we'll gladly accommodate your request.

We will provide all required software links in the course description section. However, you must ensure you have them all downloaded and set before the workshop's date. Please note that software membership, if required, is not included in the course fees.

All shared files and necessary links will be added to the course section.
