Yes! We recently launched our new membership, "Full Access," which allows you to attend all our events throughout the year, including all previous workshops, for an annual fee.

Do the courses have an expiration date?

Accepted Answer

None of PAACADEMY’s ‘One-Time Payment' courses have an expiration date. You can take them at your own pace and whenever you want! If you have a membership, you can access your courses while your membership is active. You can view the lessons as many times as you like, even if you have marked them as completed. You also don’t have to worry about deadlines, because there's no set time to complete units or projects. We hope you enjoy PAACADEMY!

You can cancel your membership anytime by accessing the Membership tab in your Profile / Dashboard section.

Can I download the courses?

At the moment, it's not possible and illegal to download the lessons, but you can access them from your profile and watch them whenever and wherever you want!

How can I upload a project?

When you become a student in one of our PAACADEMY courses, you can upload your projects from the ‘Projects’ section into the course. It will unlock automatically when you complete the course. After you create submissions, we will review them, and approved projects will be published publicly on the PAACADEMY Projects forum.

Will I receive a certificate at the end of a course?

You can obtain a certificate of attendance when you finish a course and have marked all of its units as completed. Please remember that the certificates have no expiration date: once you have obtained them, they are yours forever!

Where do I download the certificate for my course?

Accepted Answer

To obtain the certificate of your course you must go to the course in your profile and verify that all of the course's units are marked as completed. Once all units are marked as completed, you will be able to download your course’s Certificate. You can access all of your certificates from your Dashboard / Certificates section.

I purchased a workshop, then changed my mind. Can I get a refund?

We understand that plans can change, and we're here to help. You may request a full refund if you cancel by 11:59 PM (GMT+3) the day before the workshop begins. Refunds are not available after the workshop has started. If a workshop is rescheduled, you can still request a refund up until the day before the new start date.

I don't have the required software for the workshop I signed up for. What should I do?

We will provide all required software links in the course description section. However, you must ensure you have them all downloaded and set before the workshop's date. Please note that software membership, if required, is not included in the course fees.
