Luc Morroni is a computational designer and the founder of MORRONI and of MUNGENAST / MORRONI, a Munich-based computational design studio and office for 3D printed architecture. His work centres on Design for Additive Manufacturing and large-scale 3D printing, from furniture and architecture made of recycled materials to industrial products. Luc Morroni works towards closing the "Digital Chain" from design to fabrication, from computational design to custom toolpath and G-code generation. Luc holds a Master's degree in architecture from TU Munich, with a focus on Integrated Building Technologies, and studied at Université Laval Québec. He previously worked for architectural practices including Henn and Steinmetzdemeyer and was a research associate at TU Munich, developing 3D printed building envelopes. Since 2018 he has been teaching workshops on computational design with Grasshopper and Houdini.
