How to Download Your PAACADEMY Certificate

Completing a PAACADEMY course gives you access to a certificate of completion that you can download directly from your account. Please make sure you have finished all course requirements before attempting to download your certificate.

Step-by-step guide to download your certificate

1. Go to your course page

Log in to your PAACADEMY account and navigate to the course you completed by selecting it from the “My Courses” section in your dashboard.

2. Complete all course requirements

Before your certificate becomes available, ensure that:

• All course recordings are marked as watched using the checkmark on the left side of each part
• You have completed the course in full

3. Leave your review

Once all recordings are marked as watched, a review pop-up will appear. Submit your course review to unlock your certificate.

4. Download your certificate

After submitting your review, the Download Certificate button will be unlocked on your course page. Click it to download your certificate instantly.

Important notes

• Certificates are only available after completing all course content
• The review submission is required before certificate access is unlocked
• Once unlocked, you can download your certificate at any time from the course page
