Cosimo Scotucci

 
Cosimo Scotucci is a Rotterdam-based architect, artist, and innovator. He works to contribute to a more democratic and resilient world through speculative design, exploring how architecture can reshape ecosystems and societal realities.

Since 2016, he has been a Senior Project Leader and Architect at MVRDV, where he leads projects from concept to execution. His portfolio includes large-scale cultural, residential, and mixed-use developments in China and Taiwan.

Scotucci’s work emphasizes sustainability, adaptive reuse, and the integration of public and cultural programs within dynamic urban contexts, reflecting his vision for thoughtful and future-focused architecture.
 

 IOUS Studio

 

IOUS Studio is an architecture and design studio specializing in emerging technologies, computational design, and digital fabrication. Founded in 2023 in Rotterdam, it explores new architectural possibilities through 3D printing and innovative materials. The studio has collaborated with leading companies and exhibited worldwide, gaining recognition in prominent publications.

Led by Argentine-born, Netherlands-based architect duo Sol Sanchez Cimarelli and Agustin Ros, both graduates of Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, IOUS Studio merges a multidisciplinary, high-tech approach with global expertise. Their work spans architecture, interiors, pavilions, and installations, redefining design through technology, customization, and sustainability. Committed to innovation, IOUS Studio envisions the future of architecture as dynamic, experimental, and impactful.

 

Edoardo Tibuzzi

 With considerable experience in International projects and in the UK, Edoardo is Design Director at AKTII and specialises in complex design, leading the applied research team. His portfolio includes The Vessel, a complex, high-profile collaboration with Heatherwick Studio in New York, the Heydar Aliyev Museum in Baku, with Zaha Hadid Architects, and the Bloomberg Headquarters with F+P.

Ed has been involved in several collaborations with KTH University in Stockholm, the AA and the RCA in London, and the Harvard GSD, where he is currently running various lectures and workshops. He published various papers and books on digital fabrication, sustainable design, new technologies, and material research.
 

Leonardo Nuevo-Arenas

 
 Leonardo Nuevo-Arenas is the Founder and Head of Computational Design at Kinetica, where he leads the integration of algorithmic workflows, digital fabrication, and robotic manufacturing. Trained as an industrial designer, he belongs to Latin America’s first generation of computational design practitioners.

At Kinetica, he established the Computational Design Department, developing custom processes that bridge architectural vision with precision manufacturing. Leonardo has collaborated with leading firms such as Foster + Partners, Zaha Hadid Architects, Heatherwick Studio, and AS+GG, and is an active educator and speaker across Latin America.

Having earned his degree in architectural engineering in 2012, Hamid has since contributed to various architectural projects across multiple regions around the globe. In early 2016, he founded the ParametricArchitecture platform, initially launching on Instagram. Today, ParametricArchitecture, often abbreviated as PA, stands as a globally renowned hub for parametric, computational design, and AI lovers, boasting over 20 million monthly interactions on the internet. Hamid endeavors to demystify the intricacies of the parametric, computational, and AI realms through compelling articles, interviews, workshops, podcasts, and conferences disseminated across various digital platforms. Furthermore, he’s the visionary behind PAACADEMY, an educational entity under the aegis of PA, dedicated to propagating the concepts of computational architecture and design. The PAACADEMY, as an educational platform, educates and engages with its audience, introducing them to advanced techniques and algorithms employed by architects, designers, and coders alike. He highlights exemplary projects executed using state-of-the-art design software, ensuring that his audience not only witnesses but also comprehends the depth and philosophy of these avant-garde design practices.
