About this workshop

We see stunning designs created with AI every day, but how do we turn them into our own visual language and stand out from the masses?

In this workshop, we focus on connected AI workflows that move seamlessly from one tool to the next, showing you how to build a personal, flexible pipeline instead of relying on isolated prompts. Using a single AI-generated image as a starting point, we rewind the process: breaking it down, analyzing it, and reconstructing it step by step through an intensive, hands-on AI case study.

This “Reverse Thinking” approach takes the final image back to its possible origins, revealing new directions, alternative ideas, and creative decisions along the way. You’ll learn how to extract meaningful steps that go far beyond prompting, and how to chain different AIs together to develop a complete project and even an entire portfolio from one idea.

Along the way, we introduce new features and unconventional workflows not only from the usual AI tools, but also from emerging platforms and hybrid techniques that can become highly relevant for your next project. The focus is not on a single platform but on creating a connected workflow and placing human vision at the center of the process.

What you will learn

  • 01

Build connected AI workflows using Krea Nodes & Realtime Editor

  • 02

Reverse-engineer images using ChatGPT / Copilot as analytical design tools

  • 03

Create context boards, styles, and timelapse visuals with Formas

  • 04

Generate, refine, and train visual assets using Midjourney

  • 05

Turn AI images into clean, editable 3D models in Rhino

  • 06

Expand designs through parametric thinking, simulations, and optimization

  • 07

Develop animations and visual narratives with Morphic & Lumalabs

  • 08

Enhance and adapt visuals using Adobe Photoshop with AI

Methodology

From the first idea to moods, sketches, renderings, 3D models, 3D printing, animations, and finally a polished showreel, this workshop guides you through the entire creative pipeline using a hands-on case study. We share the complete workflow we’ve developed to create a project from scratch to finish, making every step transparent and applicable to your own work.

We combine a range of AI tools, including Krea (Nodes & Realtime Editor), Formas (rendering styles, Freeform Studio, and 3D modeling), Midjourney, Morphic, and Lumalabs for animation, alongside Rhino for 3D conversion and optimization, and Autodesk tools for simulation and performance testing. Together, these form a cross-media workflow that bridges concept, design, and production.

For us, it’s not about mastering a single AI. It’s about understanding how tools connect, how workflows evolve, and how human vision and authorship remain at the center of the process, guiding the machine rather than being led by it.

Program:

  • Introduction to the workshop concept and the “Reverse Thinking” approach
  • Analysis of a single AI-generated image as the starting point
  • Reverse-engineering the image back to moods, sketches, and ideas
  • Creating visual content using connected AI tools (image, video, and animation)
  • Expansion into parametric design, simulations, and technical refinement
  • Creation of animations and motion sequences with different camera movements
  • Compilation of results into a final presentation, showreel, or project output
