Course detail
Reverse Engineering with AI is a course that teaches designers to use reverse thinking to turn a single AI-generated image into ideas, sketches, 3D models, and animations. Students deconstruct an AI image using Krea Nodes and Realtime Editor and ChatGPT or Copilot as analytical tools, rebuild it into refined visuals and context boards with Midjourney and Formas.ai, convert results into clean, editable 3D models in Rhino, and produce final animations and a showreel with Morphic and Luma AI. The course is Beginner level and results in a complete project pipeline from a single image to a polished portfolio piece.
This course includes
Build connected AI workflows using Krea Nodes & Realtime Editor
Reverse-engineer images using ChatGPT / Copilot as analytical design tools
Create context boards, styles, and timelapse visuals with Formas
Generate, refine, and train visual assets using Midjourney
Turn AI images into clean, editable 3D models in Rhino
Expand designs through parametric thinking, simulations, and optimization
Develop animations and visual narratives with Morphic & Lumalabs
Enhance and adapt visuals using Adobe Photoshop with AI
