Tim Fu is a renowned architectural designer specializing in advanced computation and artificial intelligence (AI). Emerging from Zaha Hadid Architects, he founded Studio Tim Fu, a high-tech architectural practice pioneering the integration of AI into visionary design. As an active educator, Tim has held various workshops on advanced computation in design. Furthermore, he outspoken advocate of using and integrating AI in the architecture industry, speaking at multiple universities and conferences globally. Tim also amassed a following as a content-creator, sharing his design and technological innovations on numerous platforms.
Jesper Wallgren is a co-founder and the Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Finch, where he is responsible for product development and the algorithms utilized in the Finch platform. His short videos showcase new ways to generate architecture. Before co-founding Finch, Jesper worked as an architect and computational designer, developing algorithms in Grasshopper to increase workflow efficiency at the architecture firm he founded with Pamela Nunez Wallgren. He began posting short videos of these algorithms on social media during this period. The videos caught the AEC industry’s attention, which became Finch’s start. Jesper is also the creator of graph technology, which enables the generative techniques to be used in multiple features within the Finch platform.
Arthur Mamou-Mani – AA dipl, ARB/RIBA FRSA – is a French architect and director of the award-winning practice Mamou-Mani Architects, specializing in a new kind of digitally designed and fabricated architecture. He is a lecturer at the University of Westminster and founded a digital fabrication laboratory called the Fab.Pub, which develops mobile factories to allow people to experiment with large-scale 3D Printers. Since 2016, he is a fellow of the The Royal Society for the Encouragement of Arts, Manufactures, and Commerce. He has won the Gold Prize at the American Architecture Prize for the Wooden Wave project installed at BuroHappold Engineering and the RIBAj rising star award in 2017. Arthur gave numerous talks, including the TedX conference in the USA, and has been featured on the cover of the FT, in The New York Times, and in Forbes. His work has been exhibited at the Sir John Soane Museum, and the Wired Mag Highlight show at the Tate Modern in London. Before founding Mamou-Mani in 2011, he worked with Atelier Jean Nouvel, Zaha Hadid Architects, and Proctor and Matthews Architects.
