This Digital Membership Agreement is entered into between you, the user (“Member”), and PAACADEMY, a service provided by ParametricArchitecture, accessible at www.paacademy.com (“Company”). This Agreement outlines the terms and conditions for the Member’s use of PAACADEMY’s Digital Membership services.

1. Digital Membership Services
By purchasing a Digital Membership, the Member gains access to the following exclusive benefits:
- 15% discount for the first 10 seats and an additional 15% membership discount (25% for Full Access members) on workshops hosted by PAACADEMY.
- Exclusive discounts during events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and special promotional days.
- Access to exclusive events open only to Digital Members.
- Availability of past member-only workshops, courses, and events.
- Subscription to a weekly premium newsletter.
- Access to a Member-Only Discord channel, connecting with a community of designers.
- Premium support for membership services on Discord.

2. Payment and Billing

3.1 Recurring Billing
Members acknowledge that the Digital Membership may come with recurring billing. Members will be automatically billed for the membership renewal unless they cancel before the start of the next billing cycle.

If a payment fails, the Company will attempt to process the payment again. If the payment fails, the Digital Membership may be suspended until payment is successfully received. The Company is not responsible for any fees or charges Members incur due to failed payments.
3.3 Changes in Price
The Company reserves the right to change the Digital Membership price. Members will be notified of any price changes and can cancel their membership before any price changes take effect.
3.4 Exceptional Circumstances
In certain exceptional circumstances, the Company may consider refund requests. These will be assessed case-by-case and are at the Company’s sole discretion.
