This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) governs access to and use of PAACADEMY memberships, including but not limited to Pro Membership, Full Access Membership, and Team Access Membership (collectively, the “Memberships”).
By purchasing, renewing, accessing, or using any PAACADEMY Membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement, the PAACADEMY Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy.
PAACADEMY currently offers the following membership types:
Membership features, benefits, pricing, and included content may vary by plan and may be modified by PAACADEMY at any time.
Memberships provide access to digital educational content, live events, discounts, recordings, community features, resources, and other benefits as described on the PAACADEMY website.
Membership benefits are licensed, not sold, and remain the property of PAACADEMY.
Membership access is granted solely to the registered user or authorized Team Access users.
Memberships may not be shared, transferred, resold, sublicensed, or distributed to any third party.
All PAACADEMY memberships automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled before the renewal date.
By subscribing, you authorize PAACADEMY and its payment processors to automatically charge the applicable membership fee using your selected payment method upon each renewal.
Membership fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms are displayed during checkout and within your account settings.
For annual memberships, PAACADEMY makes reasonable efforts to notify members before renewal.

Failure to receive, open, read, or respond to these notifications does not exempt members from renewal charges and does not create eligibility for a refund.
Members remain solely responsible for monitoring their subscription status and renewal dates.
Members may cancel their individual Pro or Full Access Membership at any time through their account settings.
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges but does not terminate access immediately.
Members will continue to receive membership benefits until the end of the current billing period.
No partial credits, prorated refunds, or reimbursement will be issued for unused membership periods.
Team Access subscriptions are managed directly through PAACADEMY.
Organizations wishing to cancel a Team Access renewal must submit a written cancellation request to their designated PAACADEMY representative via email before the renewal date.
Failure to submit a cancellation request before the renewal date may result in automatic renewal and billing for the subsequent subscription period.
Cancellation requests submitted after the renewal payment has been processed may not be accepted.
All Membership purchases are final.
PAACADEMY does not provide refunds, credits, exchanges, or prorated reimbursements for:
No refunds will be issued regardless of whether the membership has been used.
If a renewal payment has been successfully processed, the payment is non-refundable.
Memberships are intended solely for the registered user or authorized Team Access participants.

PAACADEMY reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of unauthorized sharing without refund.
PAACADEMY continually updates its educational offerings.
Courses, workshops, recordings, instructors, features, community benefits, discounts, and other content may be added, modified, discontinued, postponed, or removed at any time.
PAACADEMY does not guarantee that any specific course, instructor, live event, feature, or piece of content will remain available for any specific period.
Such changes do not entitle members to refunds or credits.
PAACADEMY reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership access without refund if a user:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAACADEMY shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of any membership or related services.
PAACADEMY’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the member during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
