Three and a half years ago, if you were asked how AI fit into your architectural workflow, the answer was likely “not much.” Today, that answer looks very different. AI has moved from a curiosity to an essential tool, embedded across concept development, visualization, iteration, and decision-making. And if this shift happened in just a few years, the real question is where your workflow will be five years from now.

In this masterclass, you’ll learn the exact processes and workflows we’ve implemented for leading brands such as Dolce & Gabbana, ETRO, and others. More importantly, you’ll explore how AI is set to reshape the architecture and design industry in the years ahead. You’ll work hands-on with the most advanced AI models, integration systems, and platforms, tools that can dramatically free up your time, sharpen your creative edge, and strengthen your design thinking and problem-solving.

This masterclass has already been delivered to over 50 of the world’s top architecture, interior design, and retail companies. For the first time, it is now available to the public. It’s everything you need to build a solid foundation for integrating AI into your architectural process for the years to come.
AI augmented and Human-Centred Concept Creative Development
Designing an entire project from scratch with real-world constraints
Understand the foundation of Multimodal AI and how to engage with it
Create animated videos for a client presentation
Create high-end presentation documents using AI
High-end visualisation without a 3D model, with only a floor plan

This masterclass covers the full spectrum of how AI can be integrated into an architectural project from the earliest stages of interpreting a brief through to producing client-ready visual and presentation material. The focus is on showing participants how AI can meaningfully contribute to creative thinking, spatial planning, visual communication, and design development across multiple stages of practice.

The workshop will address how architects can use AI for concept generation, programme development, floor plan creation, spatial atmosphere studies, site and context visualisation, high-quality interior and exterior imagery, animated storytelling, and professional presentation output, all without the need for complex modelling or advanced software skills.

Participants will gain an understanding of how multimodal AI systems can be applied to real architectural constraints and design challenges, enabling them to rethink traditional workflows and expand the way they approach design, iteration, and communication in their own projects.

This workshop follows a brief-led, project-based methodology where participants design a complete architectural project from concept to final presentation using AI as an integrated design partner rather than a standalone tool. The session begins with understanding the project brief, constraints, and design intent, after which students progressively move through concept development, spatial planning, visualisation, refinement, and presentation, mirroring a real architectural workflow.

Each stage introduces a specific AI workflow that corresponds to a traditional design phase: concept ideation through multimodal prompting, AI-assisted floor plan development, plan-to-visual translation without 3D modelling, iterative visual refinement, site and context visualisation, and finally presentation and video creation for client communication.

Participants will work individually on their own version of the project to ensure hands-on learning and personal exploration of the tools. However, key moments throughout the workshop include group discussions, reviews, and feedback sessions where students can observe alternative approaches, prompting strategies, and design outcomes from others. This balance allows for personal experimentation while benefiting from shared learning and collective critique during the process.
