How to Report a Technical Issue on PAACADEMY

Reporting a technical issue
Option 1: Use the contact page
- Scroll to the bottom of the PAACADEMY website.
- In the footer, under the Company section, click on Contact.
- Fill out the contact form with the following details:
- Your name, email address, country, and subject
- A clear description of the issue, including any error messages or steps that led to the problem
- Submit the form, and our team will respond within 24 hours.
Option 2: Email us directly
You can also report the issue by emailing us at [email protected].
Please include the following:
- Subject: “Technical Issue Report”
- Your name and registered email address
- A detailed description of the problem
- Screenshots or files (if available) to help us understand the issue better
